• Polycarbonate is 1/2 the weight of glass but has 250 times greater resistance to breakage
• High optical clarity - 85% of light transmission
• Excellent electrical & thermal insulation properties
• Operating temperature range of -60°C to 115°C
• Moderate chemical and scratch resistance
• Excellent acoustic properties
• Self extinguishing
• Very low water absorption
• Suitable for food contact
